        Deliveries are FREE for orders above RM50. A flat rate of RM5.00 per delivery will be charged on all other orders. 

        Please note, free shipping is applicable for minimum spend of RM50 after discounts and vouchers have been applied. 

        East Malaysia
        Price of shipping depends on weight of the order. 

        You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us a message here and we'll do whatever we can to help!

        Just a heads up - shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we'll always try our best to minimise this.

        If we're too late and your order's delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!

        When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number, and a tracking link to track your order.

        Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery. We currently only deliver within Malaysia.

        Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed! We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.


        All items purchased through the website are non-refundable but exchangeable if product is incorrectly delivered, damaged or faulty. Customers are advised to inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order has been accepted by customers.

        All returns are subject to return conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.  

        Return must be made at least 7 days after you have received your product.

        Please email your inquiry to  with the subject “Return Item”. To complete return request, we will require a receipt of proof of purchase, enclosed together with a precise photo of the item(s) purchased and where it has been damaged or faulty.


        In order to maintain optimum flavour, the best way is to store your Carraro Coffee in an airtight, opaque container in a cool and dark place. Coffee beans can be beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee. We also recommend that you don’t store your coffee beans in the refrigerator if it can be avoided as the condensation may harm the flavour profile.
