DELIVERIES
1) How long do deliveries take?
We aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible!
Upon order confirmation, you'll receive your order within the below mentioned times.
- West Malaysia 1-3 business days
- East Malaysia 4-6 business days
2) How much do you charge for deliveries?
West Malaysia
Deliveries are FREE for orders above RM50. A flat rate of RM6.50 per delivery will be charged on all other orders. (Please note, free shipping is applicable for minimum spend of RM50 after discounts and vouchers have been applied.)
East Malaysia
Price of shipping depends on weight of the order.
3) How do I change my delivery information?
You won't be able to amend your delivery info for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us a message here and we'll do whatever we can to help!
Just a heads up - shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments but we promise we'll always try our best to minimise this.
If we're too late and your order's delivered by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. So contact us ASAP if you need to make amendments, we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!
4) How do I check the delivery status of my order?
When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number, and a tracking link to track your order.
5) Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery. We currently only deliver within Malaysia.
ORDERS
1) Do I need an account to shop?
You need to have an account with us to place an order.

2) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards, Paypal and online payment via our third party provider - iPay88.
3) Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Amendments or cancellations can't be made once your order's been confirmed! We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.
RETURNS
1) Can I return an item?
All items purchased through the website are non-refundable but exchangeable if product is incorrectly delivered, damaged or faulty. Customers are advised to inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order has been accepted by customers.
All returns are subject to return conditions. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
2) How long do I have to return my products?
Return must be made at least 7 days after you have received your product.
3) How do I return an item?
Please email your inquiry to contact@carrarocoffee.com.my with the subject “Return Item”. To complete return request, we will require a receipt of proof of purchase, enclosed together with a precise photo of the item(s) purchased and where it has been damaged or faulty.
