All items purchased through the website are non-refundable but exchangeable if product is incorrectly delivered, damaged or faulty. Customers are advised to inspect the general condition of the products immediately upon receipt of the delivery. No claims shall be entertained once the delivery order has been accepted by customers.
SUBJECT TO RETURN CONDITION
All returns are subject to the following conditions (“Return Conditions”):
- Item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return must be made at least 7 days after you have received your product.
- Item(s) bought during promotional campaigns (e.g. Cyber Sale) are not accepted for return and exchange.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Please email your inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return Item”. To complete return request, we will require a receipt of proof of purchase, enclosed together with a precise photo of the item(s) purchased and where it has been damaged or faulty.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN PARCEL TO BE PROCESSED?
Returns will be process within 1-3 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Malaysia public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel. We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed!
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RETURN SHIPPING?
Customer will have to bear for postage charges during the return process. However, it will be reimbursed for item(s) acknowledged to be incorrect, damaged or faulty. You will be required to provide a receipt of proof of delivery for reimbursement of postage charges.
